We’re excited to welcome you to our mountain condo located in the heart of Winter Park Resort’s Base Village!

Our 5th-floor unit offers stunning views of the mountains, the new village, and the Amenities Deck below. Just a short 200-yard walk brings you to the 10-person Gondola chairlifts and to the Village of Winter Park.

The Village at Winter Park Resort offers a charming mountain experience with everything you need in one place. Enjoy a variety of local shops, cozy cafés, and delicious dining options—all nestled at the base of the slopes. Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, shopping for mountain gear, or relaxing over dinner, it's all within easy reach.

Condo Highlights

KITCHEN:
Unlike many other one-bedroom units at Founders Pointe, ours features a full kitchen—not a kitchenette—complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked and ready if you choose to cook in!

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
The bedroom features a comfortable KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM:
The entertainment center features a 36-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX ONE, perfect for gaming or streaming your favorite shows. Relax in style with a brand-new, luxurious Italian sofa and armchair, plus a spacious queen-size sleeper sofa. During the snowy winter months, cozy up by the warm gas fireplace—perfect after a day on the slopes.

Don't forget to enjoy our balcony with sweeping views of mountains, the resort, and the beautiful hot tub!

BUILDING & AMENITIES:
Enjoy the brand-new Amenities Deck, completed in March 2025, featuring a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills—perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day of adventure!
* Hot tub will be opened from 10am to 9pm. However, please be aware that its availability is not guaranteed.


PARKING:
Our building offers the convenience of an underground heated parking garage—no need to unload in the cold or scrape snow off your car during the winter months. Parking is $21 per day during the ski season, with no daily parking fee during the non-ski season.

Please note: There is no free outdoor parking available at any time. Most outdoor parking does not allow night parking.

Great location to stay in Winter Park Village. I stayed here with my wife and two kids. Leaving the room, it was about a 5-minute walk to the gondola total. The condo itself was very nice with several amenities. The owner was very responsive with a parking issue I had. Minor issues I had was the hard floors were susceptible to getting dirty and the shower handle was a bit loose and would move a little on its own until I found a sweet spot. These were very small issues that don’t affect me giving this location a 10/10. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and Hue was very helpful. The location is fantastic, ~200 yd walk to the new Gondola lift. Hue even made sure that the coffee pot that was accidentally broken by the previous guest was replaced as we arrived. We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable Winter Park stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location, the indoor garage and ski lockers made skiing with our two boys so easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures - cozy, comfortable and a great kitchen to cook and eat at home. Everything was just GREAT! We will definitely be back next year!

Family of three. We didn't want to travel, either by car or shuttle, to get to the lifts. We wanted the option to cook real food in the condo, or go to restaurants. We wanted a reasonably equipped kitchen, clean facilities, and comfortable beds. This was just what we wanted. We have stayed in other rooms in both Founders and Frazier, and this was one of the best. Excellent communication from the owner helped as well.

Condo was as advertised, had more than the average kitchen supplies ( dishes, mixing bowls, pot and pans, etc.), as well as plenty of spices, oils, etc. Nice shelving in bath for your personal supplies, as well as sufficient paper products. In addition, Hue was very responsive, polite and accommodating-even with a late request for a schedule change. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Founders Pointe. We arrived Friday and ski’d most of the day til around 2 pm. I messaged the owner when we were done and she was able to get us in and responded immediately. I appreciate the quick response and clear communication. We’ve stayed at Frasier Crossing and Founders Pointe many times and love the location. Allows for the kids to be independent and able to walk to the lift when they’re ready and head back when they’re done. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and spices. Everything was great! Definitely recommend

This property was everything listed and more! Communication was great and it worked out for us to check in early, with a minimal fee. It is well-equipped, just a bridge away from the village, Starbucks, restaurants, and the Gondola. It was a great space for 3 or 4 people.

Nice property. The hot tub was very nice and the walk was accurately advertised to the Gondola. The owner was extremely helpful with a small checkin issue we had. The downsides for me was that it had hardwood floors everywhere and I prefer carpets. It also was a bit cramped for a family of 4.

Okay, more than just location, but a 5 minute walk to the village and gondola was priceless. The condo is very nice, well appointed for cooking meals; and spacious enough for me and my 3 adult children to enjoy our 3-day ski trip. We dined out each evening - walking distance to a couple good restaurants and one night we drove into town. The large outdoor hot tub was a highlight to our days apres ski! The owner was available for any questions and we can say enough about the hospitality. We’ll definitely rent this property again if it’s available!
