Service slow.Breakfast cold .Staff pleasant but no visible supervisor.

Room Mate Aitana excellent quality hotel. Plenty of variety at breakfast, constantly refilling. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location perfect for exploring Amsterdam and 15 minute walk from Centraal Station, Metro and Tram

The hotel was clean, desk staff very helpful and breakfast was provided early for us two days when we had early tours. Hotel was well situated for walking everywhere. However, we had two sets of Bose noise cancelling headphones disappear from our room during our stay. We had them when we arrived and they were missing when we packed up to leave. A security issue does not bode well for a hotel, hopefully they can identify the lapses in their security and deal with them.

It's very expensive and basic. There is no breakfast included, and you have to pay an additional fee for local taxes when you show up. For that much money, I was expecting at least a spacious room. The rooms are very small.
