「Very nice setup, but wasn't aware that it was a basement that was converted into a studio apartment! Bathroom is extremely small, but shower can fit two! Ceiling in the shower was unfinished, which exposed tubing and insulation!!! Terrible!! Toilet is so close to the wall that it is a struggle to use it!! Hot tub downstairs, which I assume is for basement renters, was completely disgusting!!! My wife and I were lucky to be able to use the one upstairs, only because no one hadn't shown up yet!!!...

「This place was such a great find. The photos don’t do it justice- it’s adorable inside and out. The first thing we noticed walking in was a very faint smell of fresh paint- to me, that just showed how the owners are actively maintaining it. Nicely styled with comfortable furniture. Good small touches- I forgot to pack a razor and they had a stock of toiletries offered, and I loved one of their bedside table books so much that I ended up buying it for home. Our dog loved her...

We arrived to a dirty home — the owner confirmed prior guests were to blame, but this was clearly not caught before our arrival. Cleaners were still on-site our entire first afternoon, so we had no privacy from the moment we walked in.After cleaning, the house continued to reek of smoke for all four days. On top of that, the AC was completely broken (the house was miserably hot) and the dishwasher didn't work....
