The Southern Magnolia is located in the Innovation Quarter in downtown Winston-Salem. The Innovation Quarter is a welcoming, community and a unique mixed-use environment that sparks creativity and collaboration. There are lots of entertainment and dining options in the neighborhood to include Six Hundredº, Barcelona Burger & Beer Garden, Alma Mexicana and Cugino Forno Pizzeria just a short walk towards Baily Park. The Southern Magnolia is a two story townhouse with open living and dining room space and an open kitchen on the first level with a half bath. The three Queen Bed bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a private porch with sitting area and a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have a shared bath and ample closet space. Guests have the entire house, which includes a full well stocked kitchen, laundry room and an uncluttered living area.
