"Pam at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She referred to the housekeeping staff as “my girls” which let me know this property and their staff operate as a TEAM and I love that. The man working night shift with the Locs (I did not catch his name) was very friendly as well. The only drawback was the bathroom , it was very small in the unit we had and the water was pooling (not draining fast ) in the bathtub . This property is in a great area, in proximity to the mall. "

"Front office staff was great! Asked a maid for extra towels on our first day and never received room service after that. The only other time we saw a maid was at 9:30 AM when she knocked on our door and told us it was time to checkout. Check-out time was supposed to be at 10! Breakfast was mid. Only one juice worked and the hot foot stayed empty both days. We were in a king suite and the air conditioner doesn’t reach the side of the room that has a bed so it was hot!"

"Repairs due to a lack of finishing work, need to be done in areas. There was a hole in the wall where a door stop should be, to keep the door handle from making a hole. The shower door is a weird set up, where you cannot reach to turn on the shower before stepping in. The iron did not hold water and leaked all over after adding water. People loitering out in the parking area and by entrance is not a good first impression. Not bad….but needs to be a lot better to get more stars. "

"Property is old but clean. Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. "

"Do not advertise a pool if it is closed and under construction. Would have chose another property had we known this. "

"Bathroom space it TINY, plenty of room in the room they could have made the bathroom bigger. Door barely misses the toliet and hits the shower curtain when open. Barely 2 ft space to get ready in front of sink because toliet takes remaining floor area. Pool is NOT open and hasn't been for years despite pictures showing it is. Workout room very large but missing all dumbells but 5 and 35#, both treadmills broken, no water or cleaning wipes. Breakfast was decent and area very clean. Staff except for one of the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Hotel could be 5 stars if they maintained the areas mentioned above. Actual room, bedding, bed, towels were nice."
