「We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. 」

「The apt was nice. Beds were comfortable The futon was very uncomfortable. Victoria had snacks and water waiting for us when we arrived along with a welcome note. The apt looked exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is the apt wasn't clean. The floors hadn't been swept and the bathroom in the master bedroom wasn't clean. 「We stayed while we were in Statesville for a soccer tournament. We loved how spacious the place was and the character/decorating was amazing. They provided everything we needed, even a toothbrush we forgot. We walked to coffee, lunch, dinner, and ice cream and had a wonderful time. We would definitely return!」

「I was initially drawn to this place because it seemed like the perfect space to feel at home while in between homes—and it truly delivered. The photos looked great, but being here in person exceeded my expectations. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need (aside from groceries), making it incredibly convenient. The host was also fantastic—helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.」

「The good: The property was very nice. The kitchen and seating area were roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The bad: Ground floor does not mean no steps. The entrance is on the basement level, so a flight of stairs is required to get to the room. There is a side door on the ground level that can be used to exit, but it does not have a code device for re-entry. There is basically no parking (only 3 spots) at the facility, so parking is about 3 blocks away in the public lot by Town...
