「This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. 「This duplex was a clean & comfy space! The owner makes staying at this location very easy by providing the perfect amount of amenities, great communication and clear expectations. We were brought to town for the Miss NC pageant, and although our evenings were full, we were able to enjoy some exploring of local antiques and thrift stores!
