"The hotel is walking distance to anything you may need. Train, bus, food, shopping ect... It is conveniently located with lots of activities nearby. The pool/hot tub and sauna are a wonderful place to relax. I have stayed here a few times now and have never had any issues with my room, It has been clean and the views are nice. I will definitely be staying here again "

"Great stay! Family friendly. Jacuzzi is great but don't expect pool. It can been frustrating if the hotel is busy as that means it can be crowded in the jacuzzi. Gym was awesome. Fun ping pong and fuseball tables. Gym locker room with showers was also great. Suite was spacious and clean. We liked having a kitchenette. Hotel was located near lots of places to eat within a 1-10 minute walk. Staff was friendly. Elevator was broken during our stay and I found the friendly, patient staff eased the frustration of that a bit. Nice cafe downstairs. They stored our bags while we explored our last day before heading to the airport. Breakfast was tastey and a variety each morning. Thank you! "

"Fantastic location. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was small but well appointed with a mini fridge and coffee machine, coffee and creamers etc. A very nice touch was some free chips and non alcoholic drinks down by the reception at night. The courtyard is a fun area to hang out in with a fire place and a ping pong table. This hotel also had a laundry machine and dryer onsite. The only thing I’d mention is the flooring in our room was a bit damaged and my husband caught his foot on it a couple times and hurt himself. Also, the drive down into the parking area is very steep and we scraped our car even when going super slowly. "

"we stayed for 2 nights while attending a vancouver canucks game and had a business meeting on one of the days. The only thing that was not great was they did not do a room service for the next day - we left the room and they did not come in to refresh towels or stock the coffee. As it was a one bedroon suite and premium price paid for the 2 nights they should have at least asked us if we needed anything. As it was late upon our return from the game (10pm) we did not ask front desk for anything. But I am sure they will make note of this and see that it doesn't happen again for us or other travellers. We love that place and the location. Will be back"
