「Raj and his folks are great people! Quiet place with plenty of parking and comfy beds.」

「My wife stayed there and had 2 nights booked. After the experience from the first night, she ended up going to a different hotel in another town the second night. The main curtains looking into the room from the outside didn't close and there was a loud banging throughout the night. She slept maybe a total of 45 minutes the 1 night she was there. 「To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. 「Clean comfortable room with a bed that was ok, sqeek some when laying down or getting up .... I'd stay there again...with the old fashioned southern restaurant connected to the hotel eating was made convenient...The hotel value was well worth the cost.」

I understand only one person on staff can't right a wrong immediately. That falls on the establishment to make sure enough staff are on hand to make sure things run smoothly.」

「I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs...

Mount Sequoyah gave us the opportunity to unwind and watch the sunset from their lookout spot, walk peacefully and enjoy the grounds and the art, and sit on our porch and experience the wildlife. A mama doe and two spotted babies walked very close to our cabin. Our first night, we did not have warm water for showers, I am unsure...
