Summary:
Sunny and cheerful downstairs apartment filled with color and fun vibes! A 5 minute-walk to Winooski circle, where restaurants, cafes, breweries and shops await. Easy 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike to Burlington, and just a few minutes by car to I-89. Live like a local, with off-street parking and a big back yard out the door.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located just a block in from Main Street and a few minutes walk to the Winooski circle with bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as the Four Quarter's brewery. You'll find nearly everything you need for a fun stay within walking distance.

Important note! While our unit has the convenience of being ~10 minutes drive to the airport, this rental (and most of the town of Winooski) is in the flight path for both commercial flights and jets that fly out of Burlington International Airport for training. While the sounds from commercial flights are pretty mild, you are likely to hear jets on weekdays (usually around 9:30AM) that may disrupt Zoom meetings or wake you up if you are trying to sleep in.

Getting Around:
We are located just a few minutes drive from I-89 and 10 minute rides to the Burlington airport, downtown Burlington, or Essex Junction. There is off-street parking for 1 car in a parking lot behind the house, and street parking is available for any additional vehicles. Winooski is a great town for both walking and biking.

Interaction with Guests:
My cohost and I both live within 10 minutes of the unit and are available if you need anything at all.
