At 4:30 AM I decided I was going to check out, but instead just laid their angry when I told the front desk in the morning, they just kind of said sorry."

"I was refused parking by the valet. Apparently my truck was too high for the valet to park it. I have never had issues with my truck getting parked by other valets in the past. This valet in the process of denying parking also didn’t assist my mother (who uses a walker) and I with our luggage. I did not appreciate the service this time around. "
