"The gentlemen at the front desk when we arrived was very kind and friendly, the room how ever was gross. Yellow stained sheets, when we asked for replacements they requested we go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We had booked two nights there and check out after the first because how unclean it felt"

"It was a perfect place to stay when our new grandson was born as it was in walking distance to the hospital. I really enjoyed using the nice work out facility during our stay. The breakfast was very good as well. Nice variety and selection to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Great location to downtown without being downtown "

"The room was fairly clean but had seen better days. Something icky on the bathroom wall, and the cabinet door under the sink was off kilter. All the lampshades were at odd angles, making me feel a bit dizzy. Never have I stayed where you have to bring your garbage to the “lobby” or be charged $25. You want stripped down, this is it. No elevator, a kitchen for which you have to purchase utensils, a charge to make even a local phone call. I will say it was pretty quiet and the parking area wasn’t scary. "

"The bathroom was unclean, paint splatters over the wall and a hole in the wall! The electric burners did no work! The electric outlets in kitchen did not work and were halfway in the wall! At 2AM I was woken-up by a couple fighting yelling loudly and using profound language. I tried to call the desk, but your phone did not work! I then used my cell phone, but no one answered. When I told the front desk next morning over all the above items, she acted like it was my fault that no one answered the phone. She didn't offer an apology and reluctantly said she would tell management. Has she? Your property and management were a real disappointment! You need to refund me as I was not able to sleep and your refrigerator was not working they way it should and I had to throw away some food items."
