"Adding to my review here. We have now been staying here for a couple of months, the rates go way down with weekly and monthly stays The place is set for a long stay and is a studio apt. I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good."

"I booked four rooms with a king bed. Got three of them with two queen beds instead. I went to the front desk and asked to be switched to rooms with king beds and was told none were available."

"By all appearances, they don't clean the floors or the bathroom between guests. They provide one bar of soap for you to use in the kitchen, bathroom, and shower (I brought our own bar for showering thankfully). You also have to request shampoo from the front desk LOL. Cookware, plates etc available FOR PURCHASE at the front desk LMAO. We checked out a day early because (1) water was restored at my condo and (2) the place is too skeevy to stay for another day. Desiree was real nice and helpful in getting us a first floor room, designated as handicapped (which I am). It left much to be desired. I think most disgusting is the bottom of the bathroom door closest to the shower is peeling, curling etc from excessive water exposure over time. At what point will the cheap owners replace that damn door? Minimal towels provided, no facial tissue. A can of drinking water from vending machine a whopping $3.50. Parking not an issue. Sheets on the bed seemed clean. At this point, I'm just waiting for the hotel staff to respond to the hotels.com people's communications to get a waiver from them so I can be refunded for the third night we did not stay. We checked out at 9:30am, well before 11am checkout time. I just want my damn money back for the third night."

"Staff was friendly and helped me change rooms as my first one was a conjoined room with loud neighbors. The conjoined room was a handicap room that was slightly dirty. The second room was a regular room and was so much better. The parking situation is rough though. At night the parking garage gets full and the spots are very small making it tricky to park and navigate. I did not get to try the breakfast as it costs extra and ended very early"

"Great hotel, great location, great staff. Very nice room with comfy bedding, the only issue is that one side of the building is facing the moxu hotel, my view was from the alley between the 2 hotels with a view to the most guest rooms. Had to keep the blinds shut for most of the time."
