"A cozy and beautiful cottage with excellent ocean views! Jennifer was very communicative and kind. The cottage was clean and well-maintained. We did find the heat pumps to be quite loud in the space, and would suggest requesting or bringing a heavier blanket, as the one provided was very thin and we were cold even as New England natives. Overall a fantastic stay! "

"Clean room, cute decor, we utilized lots of amenities such as puzzle, shuffle board, disc golf basket, fire pit for snores, robes, shower and products, and of course, breakfast in the morning was delish with yummy coffee!"

"We really enjoyed the view of the water and the beautiful sunrises. The balcony would have been lovely if we were visiting during warmer weather. The unit was roomy and had a well stocked kitchen with cooking oils, spices, tea, coffee, pots, and dishwater. There is a washer and dryer down the hall for longer stays. Linda was a great host! You are close to Camden, Belfast and Acadia, so lots to see and do."

"The unit is very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen (pots, utensils, etc). Bed and futon were very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Very convenient to shops, food, ferry, beach. Very good communication with hosts."

"Very clean with more amenities than expected related to toiletry items, including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bath salts are an awesome touch. Love the balcony and beach / bay view. Only negative was the wall AC did not blow cold air, so it was a little warm for us sleeping. We did find the floor fan which helped. Also traffic can be loud through the night; however, everything else far outweighs those minor issues. Advice for wine drinkers, bring a wine bottle opener. All in all we enjoyed our two night stay at Suites By The Sea and fully recommend for those visiting the Camden / Lincolnville Beach area. The host was also extremely patient and helpful at check in. We were a little confused because i missed the email she sent 5 days prior to help us prepared. "

"This property is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. There is a nice pool (It was closed due to the time of year), and a very nice fire pit. There's lots of room outside for corn hole and outdoor activities. There are also two lovely decks overlooking the woods with plenty of comfortable seating and a gas grill. We had only a couple hiccups, but they were handled by the property manager in a timely manner. Overall, our group had a great time and would definitely recommend the property for your get away."
