「The Grosvenor is on the main street, with it's own car parking behind the hotel. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The decor throughout the hotel was attractive and all the rooms well maintained. We had the Mayfly suite, which had a four poster bed, seating area and a large bathroom. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu. The attractive garden has plenty of seating areas. The location was perfect for where we were visiting. We will definitely return to the Grosvenor.」

「Probably one of the worst 3 star hotel bedrooms (room 12) we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The bedroom was no better, window was rotten and could not be opened. Paint peeling off the window and radiator, black mould on the window catch, provided fan was...

「We had a lovely one night stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a large shower room, and a very comfortable bed. We had dinner there and the food was lovely. The breakfast was included and also good - the chef came to take our orders for cooked food, and was very accommodating.」

「Helpful staff but booked an air con room. Air con wasn't working. We swopped rooms and a fan was provided but was really loud so could only use intermittently. Bad night's sleep.」

「Room was basically clean bedding very fresh. Bathroom mouldy and missed soap deposits in bottom of shower. Shower rail broken and unable to take out of holder. Shower intermittently cold and scalding hot. Unable to shower properly and unable to shower the toddler after a hot and dusty day out. Parking so limited upon returning after our festival at 10.45 pm unable to park with a very tired toddler in tow. Tried to find a member of staff which took me a further 15 mins. On a positive note...
