"We had everything we needed in this adorable house in Wilson. It was a short drive to Niagara Falls- we were able to go 2 days. We were able to cook most meals there, the kitchen was fully equipped! Beds were comfy and we had enough towels. We were able to spend some quality family time there with games and our teens loved the bumper ball table! Thank you Frank and Katie!"

"This was a very nice place to stay with our family on a short fishing trip. The owners were responsive when I communicated with them. The house was very clean and met our needs. The beds were cozy and the fact that linens were provided was a bonus. The view outside the house was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"We stayed in the house for a family trip for Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, with four couches in the living room and several chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen was nice, but could have used a few larger pans (like one to boil pasta noodles). The front porch was wonderful, and we sat out there several times. "We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again."

"Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that."
