Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.

The staff was helpful, professional and kind. The hotel and room was clean and updated. I did have a few issues regarding my stay. First, I called ahead to let the staff know I’d be checking in after 3am. I confirmed my reservation would be safe and the shuttle would be available. I called 5 times before I spoke with a human. Then I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle while I called the hotel twice telling them the shuttle had not arrived and it still had not arrived. I took a $25 Uber to the hotel at 4:15 am. When I arrived, I was told my room with two queens had been split into two separate rooms, each with a king bed but the rooms were not adjoining. I traveled with my 14 and 12 year old children. My 14 year old slept alone in a separate room. The shower also never produced hot water.
