「It was good」

「This home was spotless, updated, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The high ceilings and tall doors add an upscale feel to the space, while the back patio is a true highlight—the furniture is pristine and very comfortable. We loved being just two blocks from a dog-friendly cafe (with amazing vegan beignets!) and within easy walking distance of downtown and the Riverwalk. Located in the heart of a revitalizing Art District, the neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. An A retreat!」

「Cute space with good character, in a convenient location and wonderful little neighborhood. Close access to what makes Wilmington an attractive destination. Perfect communication from the property manager, easy parking, and so on.Unfortunately the interior space was a little dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....
