  • Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Coming from someone that loves old homes, this home was perfect. The location could not be beat being so close to River Walk. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The porch was such a quaint place to sit and watch the world go by. This is a place we would again book if we are in the area again.

Great location! Extremely walkable to downtown. The rooms were huge! We only stayed for one overnight so didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of this spacious upper level. Much bigger than I anticipated. There is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the lovely neighborhood.

This was one of the best I have ever stayed in…I love the way the owner let me come in early and decorate for my girlfriend birthday! The beds were super comfortable amazing view of the city! I will definitely book again just for the cozy home away from home
