ウィルミントンのアパート

「Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! 」

「Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.」

「Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl」

「Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.」

「Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.」

「Easy access to lots of things」

「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」

「The apartment is confortable, we slept quite well and the decoration was so craaazy but pleasant. We really love it! It's not common but colourful and make people happy however we missed a real place to eat. To finish i just want to thank the owner to let us enter in his wonderful world. I recommend」

「Convenient, clean, super friendly host, loved it. Highly recommend!!!」

「Nice place」

As we opened the door there was an intense and overwhelming smell of what seemed like dead fish. Bringing luggage up to the third floor due to the steps and sharp turns. The bathroom had a major tripping hazard in the bathroom where the toilet was on a raised platform which was adjacent to the sink, closely enough to hinder using the sink without backing into the platform and falling...

「My husband walked in and he literally walked FaceTime me showed me all the mold and all the dirt and the dead cockroaches so I could take screenshots any videotaped all the dirt where the glasses were in the kitchen as he moved them around the dirt that laid on the shelves and then he walked out. He was literally only in there for about 10 to 15 minutes and and then I immediately called Expedia and vrbo and also the host who never got in touch with us. The basement has a terrible mold smell...
