「Property was simple but well maintained. It is the best hotel value in Llano in my opinion. However, better quality soap and shampoo would be appreciated」

「This place was perfect for our two week stay. Clean and adequately stocked and close to a lot of places to explore in the hill country. Good communication from Gary. 」

「Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.」

「The only negative we had was no hot water」

「Front desk staff was wonderful. We booked a larger room for our stay and enjoyed the extra space. You do have to adjust the temperature at night or it gets brutally hot in your room, but totally fixable. Breakfast was horrible. The waffles were the strangest texture like they used tapioca or xanthan gum to thicken the waffle mix which made it like rubber. We did enjoy the pool area.」
