The apartment features in one bedroom a comfortable king-size bed and in the other bedroom a queen size bed, both bedrooms has A/C, hangers, fridge, open kitchen, Smart tv (to log in with your Netflix account), free Wi-Fi, dining and seating area, towels, wash clothes and fresh high-quality linen is provided to every guest.

Other things to note
- This is a compact apartment (about 45 square meters). It is ideal for up to 4 people since it has two separate bedrooms.

- The apartment is located in a historic neighborhood. Loud music is not permitted at any time. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.

- The building does not have an elevator and guests may need to climb one set of stairs.

- The place has Pagatinu. This is a prepaid system to buy electricity. Electricity is excluded, but water is included. The approximate cost for electricity is about 5 USD a day (based on the use of 1 Ac for 8 hours a day).

Pagatinu/ prepaid electricity is available at almost every gas station and supermarket on the island.

- As with any regular stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to drop off towels & toiletries as needed
