"The location is great and the view from the balcony is amazing. We could see from our room the dolphins swimming in the aquarium next door. Very relaxed atmosphere, not crowded. They have their own private beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff is very nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast at the restaurant on the property could be better. I would stay there again."

"The hotel rooms are outdated. It needs a refresher or this hotel will be out of business in a year or two. The rooms are poorly maintained and some smell bad and sinks/showers are clogged. The restaurants are nice but my opinion they can add one or two more choices. The restaurants are not open every night so it can get crowded with long waits and poor service. Most of the staff are helpful. They have a Hibachi restaurant where they con you to buy a bottle in order to secure a reservation and then they rush you out by serving you dessert with the main course. I felt like the buffet hall was the best choice with great service. I was happy with the drinks. I was also happy the hotel was family friendly as I have three children. Lots of kids which was great to see."

"Edwin at the front desk was very helpful with our reservation. He was a pleasure to work with and he went above and beyond to help us. He provided us with excellent customer service!! As for the housekeeping department, they were lacking a little bit. They didn't provide any refills of toilet paper / tissues and bath towels when cleaning the room. We had to request for toiletries every time they cleaned the room. We had our room cleaned 3x out of the week when we were there. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. Very clean / tidy / great people / and nice pool. We would return with our family for sure."
