"Very nice facility. Room was great. Food was great. The only issue I have is the surprise facility fee I had to pay, which included the use of the pool. The reception employee said that if we had booked directly with Heathman, the fee would have been included in the price. However, since we booked through Expedia, the price was not included. incidentally, the pool was packed with children so we never used it."
