"!!!Calling all pet lovers!!!This vacation hit a reset button for us. We absolutely loved it here. Brownie the horse was the biggest love and would come to the front porch to visit. "Overall a great stay. Most of the staff was ready with a smile and helpful with any questions. The rooms are comfy and kept in good shape. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. I would say, for ALL staff, paying more attention to common shared areas (like hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby/dining etc) would make a big difference through out the day/eve! Using the 'if you see something pick it up' mentality goes a long way. Being there for a week, that's the main thing that stood out. An occasional staff member in poor spirits would be a bit short in response to inquiry etc., BUT that's something any scheduled 'Continuous Learning' sessions for ALL the staff would realign them to companies motto "A home away from home". Otherwise, the staff really do seem to aim toward pleasing the guests and keeping the place in good order."
