10/10 Excellent

"This property far exceeded our expectations. I was initially skeptical of staying there but based on other reviews, I stayed there for a night. The property is right on the main road and easy to find. It was very close to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance - perhaps 10 minutes drive, at the most. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. There are a few restaurants within walking distance for eating. The only drawback is the hotel does not have breakfast facility. In the overall scheme of things, this was not a problem. I will stay there once again if my plans bring me to the Grand Canyon."

"We stayed for two nights in Unit I. First, it's important to note that Unit I is not a typical Airstream. It is a long rectangular unit. We were disappointed by this, but the others were occupied, so we could not change. Here's what we liked about our stay: 1. Chris, the manager, is friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. 2. The unit was clean. 3. There was plenty of hot water, sink and shower work fine. 4. The hot tub worked, but it is covered, so star-gazing was limited and there are telephone wires to look through. 4. Drive to the Grand Canyon was easy-about 30 minutes. 5. The bed was comfortable. Here's what you need to know: 1. This feels like an RV park with some Airstreams. No real ambience. Kind of like camping. 2. There were no table/chairs in our unit. We ate outside, which was fine, but, it was very windy while we were there. 3. Some very basic amenities were missing--no toilet paper holder, no hooks or towels racks, toilet seat was loose, curtains were floor length even at the head of the bed and the shorter curtains were unhemmed and frayed. If you want a rustic stay, this is your place. If you like some basic comforts, this is probably not for you."

"The facilities are old-probably built in the 80’s or 90’s I’m guessing, but you can tell they’re in a constant state of updating. Everything was clean and well cared for. I love the center atrium! It had all kinds of eclectic, retro vibes. All the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this price were offered and on point. The staff were professional and friendly. I would stay again!"

"My kids loved the tiny home aspect but there were so many moths. One of my kids caught 7 and threw them outside. We decided to turn off the lights so they would calm down. One of my other kids saw a crack in the wall where moths would come in and out of. So it was a losing battle. I got hit in the night by moths flying around. Also the shower didn’t drain. I’m guessing these issues are specific to this one tiny home, but I would think twice about reserving another one in the future."

"The pictures online are OLD. The outside of the building had horrible water damage. The inside was ever worse. Everything felt and looked really disgusting. There was 4 double beds but only 2 towels. We reached out to the constant text messages we were receiving from them only to get no response. Do not recommend at all! The kids called it the crack house!"
