Fully furnished brand new villa in a new exciting area within walking distance to the pool and the new Ezzell Recreation Center. The bright and airy, yet cozy interior will make you feel right at home and the open floor plan is perfect for those seeking convenience.

The master bath comes with a walk-in closet and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The kitchen provides plenty of cabinet storage space along with a nice sized pantry closet. The living room sofa is a sleeper in case you have family visiting. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV. The 400-MB internet ensures hassle-free access.

The garage has parking for both a car and a golf cart. The gas cart is included in the rental. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy meeting the residents in this friendly neighborhood where there are ongoing activities to meet up during the week. The Aviary Recreation Center is just a mile away and has a family pool for children and young people. The Publix grocery store is just five minutes away and Brownwood is just ten minutes away.

Landscaping is professionally maintained and the grass is mowed weekly. Come and enjoy our newly installed lanai at the front porch.

Beautiful Modern Villa
Awesome place to stay. Anything/everything you could possible need was available in this Villa. The place was beautiful and very clean.. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Also, the neighbors were very quiet and friendly.

Excellent home, location and hosts
This was a fantastic property with stellar hosts! Exactly as shown and listed with the bonus of a golf cart for traveling The Villages. The house was well appointed, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The location was very convenient to Sawgrass, community pool and golf course. Just excellent overall. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Just steps away from everything!
This little gem was so nice. We could walk to Sawgrass, the pool at the end of the street and so many walking paths! House is perfect for a couple or small family. We were there to check out the lifestyle and it was the perfect way to do it. First time using golf cart and it was easy. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfectly Positioned in The Villages
The house was comfortable and complete. The beds were especially good. The TVs in both bedrooms and the living room were appreciated. The location was great for walking, swimming, entertainment and dining. There was no excuse for being bored at Fred’s house.
