「The property is an off campus townhouse for college students, which I had no idea of from the listing. I felt misled by the omission of that important fact. It was four separate dorm type bedrooms and a common living area. There were many things that were dated and poorly maintained about the unit including peeling paint, stained carpet, a light fixture hanging crookedly off the wall, curious stains in a kitchen cabinet, a noisy buzzing light fixture, broken tile on the wall, etc. It was the...

「The property was cozy and secure. There is a loud bar across the street, which explains the earplugs provided within the room. The bathroom constantly smelled musty and dirty but visually appeared clean. I would probably stay elsewhere in the future, however this place was not bad a bad deal for the price. 」
