Newport offers stunning views, outdoor activities, and proximity to Westport and on the Wild Atlantic Way. Close to Mayo International Dark Sky Park for stargazing.

Ground floor:
• The fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob, dishwasher, and a dining area with extendable dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the Nephin Mountain range. You'll also find a toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

• Spacious living areas filled with natural light, offering a welcoming atmosphere to relax and unwind.

• Enjoy your own private back garden, complete with a picnic table, fire pit and barbecue.

• Secure storage shed with washing machine, dryer and space to store your bikes

Upstairs:
• Main bedroom: Luxurious king-size bed for ultimate comfort.
