"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. Rooms are very basic, but you don't go to Brussels to sit in a hotel room. Highy recommend this property."

"This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you! "

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. "We stayed at Pillows for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s so close to Grand Place but tucked away in a quiet street. It’s also just a couple of blocks away from the Centraal station so it was convenient getting to the airport. The check in was fast and super friendly, the room was huge, and they provided free bottles of water, coffee, tea and even welcome chocolates. I would definitely stay here again! "
