"Gorgeous and comfortable place for our family and close to Blanchard springs caverns, Sylamore Creek and Mt View. Loved watching the fog roll down the river from the deck and making s’mores by the river. Loft space was great for our 6 and 8 year olds. They also loved the slide from the bottom deck. Bedding was soft and luxurious! Can’t wait to stay here again."

"Immaculately clean interior, Beautiful quiet setting as seen in pics with river and pastoral views. Very well stocked kitchen (a bit too many pans for cupboard space). Easy layout and entry. AC worked beautifully. Bats come out at night around 830pm and leave guano on the deck but this didn't bother us, we spent time outside on the deck nearer to the master bedroom. Hostess was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves outside. She was very apologetic about the outdoor Bat...

"Overall, this is a nice property in a remote location but near to all kinds of outdoor activities, river fun, hiking and Blanchard Springs Cavern. The property was well maintained and clean. There is a ladder leading to an upstairs bedroom so if you have little kids be prepared. The cabin is in a remote location off of a dirt road but fairly easy to find. This is a small quaint cabin in the middle of woods with all kinds of wildlife."

"The place was clean, beds comfortable, easy communication leading up to the stay and easy access into the property. Plenty of room throughout the property. Severe storms knocked power out for about 15 hours and the host offered a nearby property so we could shower and freshen up. The only 2 items that could use attention are patio furniture cushions need to be replaced and the dishes and glasses and cookware is pretty sparse for the group of 9 we had. Otherwise great property for the price."

"My family enjoyed the house overlooking Lake Northfork so much that they just wanted to stay there and relax. I mentioned going on hikes, renting a pontoon, etc. They enjoyed the games, the space, the porches, fire pit and we were also blessed to be there when the Aura Borealis could be viewed The house lends itself to great family time."
