「One staff member was outstanding and vert helpful, she was a delight. The room was clean upon arrival but you don't receive room service daily unless you ask and you don't receive clean towels daily without asking. My original room did not have a working door lock and had to repack and move into another room, they did not respond when first reported.」

「Near medical offices. Full kitchen in room Good full breakfast bar.」

「Older hotel.. rooms are fair」

「Extremely clean hotel!! Hotel staff was amazing!! Great location to everything!」

Unfortunately , the cleaning staff kept their cleaning cart right outside my door on the opposite wall. Not a nice site to see all afternoon and morning when I went out of my room. The breakfast was pretty pathetic. The morning setup started a few minutes late and when I went to get coffee, there was no alternative milk (all other hotels I stay at have...

「If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!」

「Warm water was hard to come by. Room was unbelievably damp. Towels couldn’t dry, the sheets felt wet after 1 day.」
