"Our stay at Sailors Rest was amazing! The hosts were very friendly and responsive, but still gave us a lot of privacy and space on the property. We probably saw them briefly twice. Their daughter helps with messages and she was very quick to respond to my questions on the website, esp regarding the hurricane watch we found ourselves in. (We were safe and fine! Property is well above sea level.) The property itself was beautiful, well stocked with toiletries, pool supplies, and fresh eggs upon request. Landscaping and overall property design was impressive! We loved our private pool time and the sauna. Thank you to the hosts! "

"Yes, the staff is great. If there is a problem, they will take care of it. It is however, difficult to get in touch with someone at the front desk. They always seem to be absent during open hours, so one needs to plan accordingly. For this being such a busy area, the property seems pretty secure. The manager gave me an upgraded room as soon as I got here and I've kept that room do to it being in the back of the building and being very quiet. I enjoy the stay for the price relative to the area is very good. "
