Big apartment. Quiet on the higher floor except for neighbours. Most apartment amenities were available, good water pressure and drainage. Would be good to have more hooks to hang towels, as well as kitchen paper towel.

We recently stayed here, and everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The lunch menu was excellent, and we loved the convenient, walkable location. The bar and lounge area was also very nice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again—10/10 recommend!
The only downsides were that one of the elevators was out of service, causing some delays, and nearby construction made our Uber rides take slightly longer routes. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall quality of our stay.

Will absolutely stay again. Arrived late from heysham and with baby - everything was ready for us and really easy. Room large and clean. Cot was great. Breakfast was fresh and more than we expected. Team members we met were really friendly. Can’t say a bad word!
