The views were breathtaking but the bed was very uncomfortable pillows were too flat the ensuite bathroom toilet had a smell like it hadn't been cleaned for a while... there were insects crawling everywhere through the kitchen It was our 25 wedding anniversary and I did let Pinnacle apartments know about this not even a bottle of sparkling or a box of chocolates was disappointing..when you stay for so long spend so much money ..

Great location, very comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Only downside - if you're looking to cook for yourself as a family, the oven is extremely difficult to use partly because all of the instructions/dials have been rubbed off the front panel so you have to guess. If they updated the oven, it would be perfect. Very friendly team, a great stay - thank you!

Beautiful view

The apartment had a beautiful view and was clean and modern. While we were at the airport waiting for our flight to leave I received a call from the management company accusing us of rolling our buggy. The lady said it was undrivable yet we had just driven it to the airport. After much back-and-forth forth they acknowledged that it was the previous guests who had rolled the buggy. We were concerned that we had been driving and unsafe buggy. They then assured us that the damage was only cosmetic. The whole buggy issue was quite unsettling but the room was very nice with the exception that the master bathroom had no door.

Apartment with a Great View

We were a little anxious after the cyclone as to what we might find but were pleasantly surprised. The owners had worked really hard to tidy the units and make them comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony were magnificent. it was a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms but as we were only a couple it was very adequate.

Spacious but grubby

We (2 adults, 4yr old and 2yr old) stayed in Pinnacles apartment 1. Not much of a sea view. Surrounded by trees so it was good to watch the giant fruit bats land there at night. Rooms were spacious but grubby. Old stained pillows (spare pillows in wardrobes were ripped and weren't covered). No hot water and some of lights weren't working for 24 hours. Had to call disinterested staff 3 times to get it sorted. Oven/grill had no temp markings on dials. Old fridge/freezer unplugged and in corner of living area. Steep stairs which were a challenge for 2yr old. There must be better self catering accommodation on this beautiful island! Such a shame.

Has seen better days - worn and poorly cleaned

We stayed in a 3br apt, on the lower floor. In the photos, these are the living room photos with the white curtains closed. They're closed because there is no (or very little) water views. Positives were the complimentary buggy and relatively quiet location. Negatives were that the apartment was worn, in need of some repair and poorly cleaned. It felt a little grubby and unpleasant for that reason. The fridge had broken down, and the owner simply placed another large, older fridge in the kitchen, taking up space (yes, there were 2 fridges in the kitchen). The 10am check out time didn't allow a lot of time to enjoy the apartment.

Great apartment, beautifully light and spacious, with nice furnishings. Pete and Rob were both great to deal with, and made our stay in #3 very easy. Only downside was we felt the linen in the bedroom and bathroom could've been cleaner - maybe just an unlucky oversight that particular week. The buggy that came with the apartment provided a fun and easy means for exploring the island's facilities.

standards dropped

I had stayed in pinnacle a couple of years before when the property was new and I had a great time, but on arrival this time it was clear standards had dropped. The apartment was filthy with rubbish from previous occupants everywhere- even after being cleaned it was still quite grubby. The cleaners only did a half hearted job- not what you would expect for what your paying.The inside had a worn look about it and it was clear it wasn't being maintained properly

Apartment was dirty and maintenance was poor

Apartment was a disappointment, although it was fairly new with a great view it was filthy on arrival, looked like it had been trashed by previous guests. Maintenance of facility was poor, many lights flicked or didn't work, Buggy broke down three times.
