「We were happy with the location and space - especially balcony with screens & convenience of buggy included. The fittings & amenities overall were a bit tired and uneven quality ( several lights didn’t work, wifi was poor, kitchen quite worn and old fashioned. Overall I would say it was not up to the standard we expected . All pick -ups worked well and stay generally was good.」

「We stayed at this alert ent before ,however it is starting to look tied Although the kitchen has everything The knives are not great and cutlery aged As is the worn worktop and old toaster . The tv and air con are great but the leather sofa has no support in the seating and feels like your falling through it . Not sure we would book this apartment again unless it’s revamped . The rental managers were great and supplied extra towels and shampoo .」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Cooinda Gardens from 1st April until 6th April 2024. We travelled to Hamilton Island for my daughters Wedding which was on the 4th April. The views from the balcony were stunning as was my daughter's wedding pictures that were taken in the house and on the balcony. It was very clean, loads of room especially for large families like ours, Netflix was great for the rainy friday we all spent at home, bright and airy and just that nice distance away from the hustle...

「Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried」

「We were a little disappointed on first impressions when we arrived. The apartment look a little tired, the curtains were hanging off the rails. The second bedroom was small, with not much space to walk around the bed and the wardrobes were rammed with items like a camp bed, travel cot, buggy, vacuum cleaner, extra bedding, so we had to take it all out so our children could put their clothing away. The bathroom had not been updated in decades but at least it was clean. It would have been better...

「Our family of five spent five nights at Compass 10 over the Easter holidays. Communication with the Manager from booking was efficient and timely. Check in and out was super easy, we were met at the airport with our buggy on arrival. Everyone loved the buggy, we had to hire a second one as they only fit 4 and half the fun of Hammo is burning around in the buggies.
