"I would not choose this hotel again as the rooms are carpeted and smelled like they had been shampood a hundred times with the stench of old shampoo order. It was so strong and no way to air out the room. I would suggest removing the carpet as this is an animal friendly hotel and the carpet must have to be cleaned constantly which causes the problem. The room was humid with the window steamed up with moisture. I had to run the fan and a/c to get some air stirring as the room had too strong of an odor to enjoy. There are so many other hotels in the area that I would choose a different one next time - just because the room had a terrible odor. It was very uncomfortable to stay in the room, and we were there two days, unfortunately. All the rest was good. Get rid of the carpet, put in a solid floor covering that you could keep clean without having to shampoo constantly."

"The room was clean and stocked with the usual items. You can hear the doors closing as they are heavy and slam when they close. I found that a bit annoying for this stay. Otherwise the usual good stay. Always room for improvement. Seems close to needing a revamp or update. Have stayed here for many years."

"Couldn't ask for a better location. You need to park in the parking garage across the street but not a big deal, plenty of spaces to park in there and they validate your parking for you. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, I felt, could've been better for the cost. There are 4 hot items each day (what they are varies) and then fruit, cereal, coffee, juice...etc. Overall if I go back to Niagara Falls, I'd try a different location just to experience something different BUT I have no qualms and really had a great time!"
