「Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Staff were very nice. I don’t eat breakfast decided to sleep in.」

「The hotel room we were to stay in at the Comfort Suites Abingdon was disgusting and a health threat. The room had a dead cockroach in the corner, a bunch of food crumbs along the bed frame edge that were molding, some dirty crusty white streak on the bed skirting, and worst of all, mildew growing up the sides of the bed side table. My family and I did not stay the night there but rather checked out and went to the Hampton Inn at the next exit. The Comfort Suites Abingdon general manager...

「The room was clean, well appointed with everything you'd want in a motel room. Very nice.」

「Pretty good value」

「The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.」

「Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby」

「We liked everything」

「Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The “grab and go” breakfast is nothing but a few sugary/high fructose corn syrup processed wheat flour packaged snacks. Shady looking characters lurking around the back side of property smoking pot. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property.」

「Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. We got to the room, and although the bed was made, there were gross stains and hairs on the comforter, which we were told they normally don’t wash them unless they look dirty. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

「Staff very friendly and accommodating Bathroom in much need of renovation bathtub looked scratched and dirty toilet paper dispenser off the wall Bed pillows very thin and not comfortable No drawers in room Bath towels thin and hard to dry off Very noisy and didn’t feel safe」

「Definitely not what not well maintained Towel definitely was clean was there stuff on it and shower when turn on was leaking water through the wall to the FL I just left and book different hotel didn’t feel comfortable and safe there 」
