Check in was fine, staff were efficient and friendly. But, as soon as we opened the room door , we were met with a very unpleasant odor. We informed front desk and told them it needed disinfecting. When we returned, there was a spray disinfectant can on lobby desk for us. With 3 cell phones and CPAP machine, there were not enough plug ins. Plug behind bed has loose cover which prevented us from using.Lamp had plug but no USB. Tried to use back of TV for plug but nothing fit. It was dark, only a desk lamp and bedside lamp. The controls on the AC did not work. It got so cold we had to unplug unit. Then when it got hot, it took it 15 minutes to restart. Location was noisy. Bfk was good . We did not have a good experience. I should not have to pay to disinfect my own hotel room.
