"On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village."

"Lovely room, very clean and well presented. The Balcomy was a lovely addition to the room, weather was excellent during our stay so allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. Car park nearby where you can park for 24hrs for around £7. Perfect location to explore fort Augustus. Instructions for entry to room simple no contact with staff as you are sent the entry codes to gain access/key electronically. No issues during stay"

"Clean hotel with the basics covered. The room was small and a bit hard to move around in, but the bed was big and comfortable. Unfortunately, slamming doors throughout the night made it hard to sleep. It served its purpose for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t plan a longer stay here."
