"Friendly staff, well appointed clean rooms, proximity to highway is rreeeaaaalllyy close so it’s noisy but we turned on the AC fan to drown it out"

"We were going to be arriving after 12 am, so we called to let them know. They stayed 20 minutes late so we could check in and then even walked us to our rooms and offered to carry our luggage. The room was what you expect from a Best Western, but the staff made up for any shortcomings. "

"Me: "Where would you prefer to live? [our home city] or Vancouver?" My 4 year old: "I prefer to live in... this hotel!" We had a blast at the River Rock hotel during May long weekend. Our little one loved the swimming pool, and we had the bonus of having a room right above the SkyTrain and in the flight path of planes taking off from YVR... built-in free entertainment! Really close to places we like to visit in Richmond too... restaurants, shopping, Richmond Night Market. Plus easy access to the highway to go into the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in/out was easy too. My only criticism is the layout of the resort meant a bit of a long walk each day to get to the parking lot (across the street and then on the other side of the resort), and the swimming pool was tricky to find. Signage could be clearer. Also the elevators in the parking lot were broken, along with some of the elevators in the resort itself. "

"i Like the location its near and the airport because we need to sleep from lay over back to Saskatoon.but i accidentally check the duvet the gray one i feel its dirty and they have 1 hair because i compare the left bed and its clean..hope next time be sure that always change and clean the bedding..but i appreciate the morning breakfast snack"
