「We love staying there」

「Friendly, Kindness」

Fortunately, I called Expedia support and an email was sent with details of how to enter the hotel.」

The shower was inconsistent from a temperature stand point, with a broken shampoo dispenser as well. I will acknowledge additional amenities were provided in its place but it left the shower feeling less than pristine. 「all good as usual」
