The Space:
Snow drifts quietly past the windows as you warm up indoors, the glow of the fireplace reflecting off vaulted ceilings after a day in the mountains. Evenings here are unhurried - soaking in the hot tub under crisp winter skies, gathering around the outdoor fireplace, or settling into one of several living spaces designed for rest and connection.
Sleeping arrangements
The home spans three levels and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom includes a king-split bed with chaise lounge and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds convenience, while an additional bathroom on the lower level includes a steam room for post-ski relaxation.
Living spaces
Multiple indoor areas invite you to unwind at your own pace. The main living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace with expansive windows framing the winter landscape. A separate family room with TV is perfect for casual movie nights, while the media room features a pool table and direct access to the hot tub. Control4 home automation keeps entertainment simple and seamless.
Outdoor living
Step outside to patios and decks designed for year-round enjoyment. The private hot tub is ideal after a day on the slopes, while the outdoor fireplace creates a cozy gathering spot even in colder months. Additional features include outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private entrance for ease and privacy.
Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, and breakfast bar seating for five complement a dining table that seats ten. Kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.
Ski access & location
Seasonal ski access is available via nearby trails and the private Kadenwood gondola. Ski-out access is a short walk from the home, while ski-in routes return you close to the property with a brief walk to the front door. The gondola offers quick access to Creekside Village for dining, shopping, and additional slope access.
Additional amenities
Guests have access to a double-car garage with driveway parking, in-unit laundry, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and home safety features. The home is pet-friendly and welcomes one dog for an additional fee.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
