The Space:
Snow-dusted trees and crisp alpine air set the scene for a peaceful mountain stay in Whistler. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of a glowing indoor fireplace, relax in the hot tub, or settle in with friends for a cozy evening indoors. Large windows frame forest and valley surroundings while inviting the calm rhythm of the mountains inside.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and approximately 4,646 square feet, the home offers five bedrooms and space for up to twelve guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity.
The third bedroom includes king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth bedroom features two bunk beds with its own ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a steam-room shower and separate entrance.
Living and leisure
Evenings naturally gather around the indoor fireplace in the media room, where plush seating and a foosball table offer a relaxed place to unwind after skiing. A stationary bike allows you to keep up with your routine, while a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair makes it easy to check in when needed.
Thoughtful touches such as heating, portable fans, and laundry facilities add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings. Brazilian quartzite counters and custom white oak cabinetry frame the space, while appliances, a breakfast bar, and generous prep areas support everything from casual breakfasts to group dinners.
A separate prep kitchen provides extra space for larger meals, while the dining table brings everyone together to enjoy food and conversation. A wine cellar and indoor mini bar add to the gathering experience.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a patio surrounded by forest views where winter evenings feel especially inviting. The hot tub offers a soothing place to warm up after skiing, and the fire pit creates a comfortable outdoor setting for quiet moments under the mountain sky.
Location and ski access
Located in the Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers ski access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail. Return routes are available through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails.
Guests can also use the private Kadenwood Gondola connecting to Creekside Village, providing access to shops, restaurants, and additional lifts.Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Parking and convenience
A heated garage with a Tesla charger and private entrance helps make arrivals easy, while a functional mudroom allows you to transition comfortably from outdoor adventures to indoor relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
