The pool and hot tub were closed and we did not get informed and couldn't get a refund to move to another hotel. I asked to get credit for 2 of the 3 days and Jasmine would only give me a 1 night's free stay and when I recieved this it said I couldn't use it for weekends...

Impeccably clean and nice and quiet. Room was well maintained, had all the amenities including a dishwasher. Large tv and cozy beds. Thought the hotel pool and hot tub were being renovated, we were allowed to use the facility at their sister hotel across the street. Very pet friendly (the best our adult children say from any hotels they have brought their dog too. We have high exceptions when we stay somewhere and this hotel meet them all. Would absolutely go there again.

We stayed at the South West end of the property in a two double bed room. The room was a bit outdated. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The mattress sunk in and the pillows were super flat. The bath tub had several large cracks in in. The pool was out of service. The front staff were not rude but not friendly either. We will probably not return back as I’d rather pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

The room was small but very practical I appreciated attention to details . Nice linens and robes , separate cubby to hang jackets and boots so to not make closet stinky . Very convenient location in centre of village for shops and restaurants.
