The staff was friendly and got us in a little early too which was nice,I think they could use security around the building as there was a person shooting up by the outside smoking,but it’s downtown-kinda figure it would be a little sketchy

The customers Service was excellence, friendly and helpful the moment you walked in. The room was clean the area was quiet. The area was nice to walk, there was a store nearby to pickup things you needed. Restaurants was a little walk away but it allowed yoi to see the area. They are in renovation but its clean. What i didn't like was there was no ice machine on the floor you had to go to the lobby. Be it's a nice place.

Great two night stay. Clean, room was ready an hour before check in. Parking was easy, room was clean, beds were comfortable. We were also surprised when our family pf 5 two queen bed room had an additional single twin bed with a door in the room! Renovations were not happening over the weekend so construction was non existent. Only downfall was the pool wasnt opened. Main reason for this hotel pick was specifically for the pool so that was a bummer.
