The area around the hotel is full of homelessness and there is a lot of smell. The front desk staff were not very helpful when we asked where to park our rental car. The elevator takes forever so we hiked the stairs each time. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great central location in downtown Vancouver blocks from Vancouver House and the Granville Island ferry. We appreciated the staff being flexible with an early check in and free breakfast. The basic rooms are perfect for a short stay.
