「I asked for a call back from corporate. I was told I would be contacted 24 hours later and never was I submitted photos of a bed that had blood on it. I complained that the person at the front desk never even asked me for identification, and I had to tell her she needed to give it to me. She did not even take a credit card. 「The bed was clean and comfortable and the noise level from outside was minimal. The bathroom water was hot fast and pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean with a decent selection of breakfast food. Nice location close to IU. The place could use some updates but comfortable hotel. We would book again.」
