I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning.
They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier.
The location is fantastic, very central and convenient for getting around Launceston. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so easy and comfortable!
