「Started off poorly. Arrived at 1030 pm after doing online check in and providing all necessary documentation. Upon arrival, I still had to provide the documentation that I provided online. They put us in room 306. After getting off a very dirty elevator, we were welcomed by a very smelly hallway - either cigarette or marijuana. I could not tell. Upon arriving into the room, I found a full trash can from previous guests and no sheets on bed with dirty sheets on dresser. I went back down to...

「The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.」

「There was hair and ear wax in one of the towels and the shower had a huge crack in the floor that was poorly plastered.」

「We had a very fast check in and check out. Rooms were clean. A little outdated but better than a lot of the other hotels we saw available. The pool was very large and nice! Very clean. I location is perfect. So many food choices around. We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. So many options and it was food to keep you fuel. It was better that high end continental breakfast options we have had previously. We were really blown away by it. We would stay again. 」

「Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. 」

「The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The pillows were awful. Staff only interacted with required conversation, and the free coffee in the morning was gross. There were people drinking & partying and vehicles loitering all night, it didn’t feel safe at all. Top it off the curtains were short and the room was lit up all night from the lights outside. Not a good experience at all 」
