「I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

「Easy access, off street parking, very clean and newly remodeled. Comfortable AC and easy to adjust, along with fan when 100 F outside. Full size fridge and freezer, stove & microwave. Comfortable pillows and bed, closet with shelving & hangers. Pleasant hostess, electronic lock for door which has screen when more comfortable weather. Next door to grocery, eateries, emergency room. Recommended, would stay there again」

「Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. 」
